shouldn't $c$ be the time between the \emph{end} of the cleaning process to the next meal? You can't really say that the dish is clean until you stopped cleaning it. By definition, you only stop when it is clean.

Also, there are constraints on the variables which are not mentioned. For example, how short can a meal get? I propose instituting the standard IDF 6 minutes for a minimum.</description>
