It would be nice to have the friends names, and profile pictures, appear as you type the name you are searching for on facebook. This is in-line with how the "maps" and "flickr" commands (and "check-calendar").

I am using Chrome for my daily browsing and upto now I am impressed. It feels like browsing in a Firefox but fast. I like the sandboxing of tabs. It needs more work regarding plugins.
The things i noticed upto now is metacafe fullscreen feature does not work properly
one of the websites I have underdevelopment gives a 404 not found after displaying the site for a sec.
Real player plugin has some issues on my machine, it could be just my machine.
I think it has a long ways to go to be adopted by common person.

I've been doing this for a while - see http://www.sungate.co.uk/?p=294 (plus my earlier post which it links to).

The single most helpful technique that I've found is to switch off all email notifications. For some people this is really hard to do, but it is worth it - especially for me at work: too many distractions otherwise.

Good luck with this. :-)

The Qt port does mean XUL could be used to create Qt applications. In fact, a XULRunner build using Qt (instead of GTK) is how you could build and run XUL applications using Qt widgets.
